Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to submit a formal return authorization request for your specific items.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization and Label

  Once approved, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via your registered email address.

• 3.
  Securely Package the Goods

  Place the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Shipment and Inspection

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, we will inspect the goods and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
