Application Instructions

  1. Prepare the surface — Clean thoroughly. Remove oil, grease, and loose material. New concrete must cure for at least 28 days
  2. Apply Pre-Seal primer — For porous or previously unsealed concrete, apply one coat of Pre-Seal and allow to dry (4–6 hours)
  3. Apply first topcoat — Stir well. Apply by roller or brush at 5–8 m² per litre. Allow 16–24 hours between coats
  4. Apply second topcoat — For full coverage and maximum durability, a second coat is recommended
  5. Allow to cure — Light foot traffic after 24 hours; vehicle traffic after 7 days full cure
